Network Consulting:
$125/hour – billed in 15 minute increments
1 hour minimum charge
Trip surcharge:
$25 for on-site visits in the immediate Baltimore area. Other areas may require small additional fees
Remote Consulting:
$125/hour – billed in 15 minute increments
15 minute minimum charge
Phone Calls:
Free up to 5 minutes, then billed as a remote consulting
After Hours:
All work done during weekends and between 7pm-7am weekdays is subject to a $50/hour surcharge
Spyware Removal:
Maximum labor charge of 2 hours
Equipment Disposal:
$25 per device – recycling of batteries as per EPA regulations, disposal of old computers, destruction of hard drives with sensitive data

Online and Offline Backup with Monitoring:
Store up to 150GB of data online in a secured remote data center. Your data is secured using 128-bit SSL and 256-bit AES encryption. Your files are backed up every 10 minutes to ensure minimal loss of data. We monitor both your online and offline backups to make sure they run successfully, each and every night.
$40/month or $430/year
Server Monitoring:
Your server is integral to your organization. Issues should be addressed pro-actively not after they cause down-time. We monitor all critical services* and your event log for errors and problems. Some of the events we monitor: hard drive failure, excessive cpu utilization, excess memory usage, low disk space, anti-virus updates, un-expected stopping of services, notification when system is off-line.
$20/month or $215/year

- if CPU usage exceeds 90% for 10 minutes

Microsoft Updates:
Keep your server secure and up-to-date with the latest security patches and fixes from Microsoft. We will schedule monthly updates for all Microsoft products on the server and ensure that your server boots up successfully after installation. These updates are performed manually by an engineer to avoid downtimes caused by failures of automatic updates. $20/month or $220/year
Web and Email hosting:
We offer clustered web and email hosting for all our clients. You are no longer dependent on a single server. Clustering greatly increases reliability, giving you a true 99.9+% uptime. Services are spread among multiple servers, anti-spam filtering is also included.
$10/month for 350MB of disk space, 5GB of transfer, 1 domain or $110/year
